The 45 km is the perfect Ultra distance for both experienced runners and debutants to races longer than Marathon or even newbies that want a combination of natural experience combined with a new running goal.

EcoTrail Oslo is a full-blown trail race in the heart of the Norwegian Capital Oslo that combines dirt roads and technical trail. Running from the start of the 45 km at Frognerseteren , ecotrailers will reach Holmenkollen ski jump, Sørkedalen area, the fantastic country side surroundings Bogstad Golf Court, Lysaker River and the oslofjord to finish at Salt, Tollbukaia.
