Race description

Participate in the virtual running race Spring För Cancerfonden, which will go on all May. You choose between the distances 5km / 10km / 21km that can be completed on one occasion, or divided on several occasions during the current time. Together, we run for both our own and others' health and at the same time contribute to the Cancer Foundation's vital research. The potential for improved public health is good. At least a third of all cancers can be prevented through healthy lifestyles such as diet and physical activity. You can run where you want and when you want! -Sign up at the link Köp Startsplats above! -Price: 249 SEK ink medal, or 379 SEK ink medal and T-shirt. -The surplus (at least 50% of the registration fee) goes in full to the Swedish Cancer Society. -Register before April 12 to be guaranteed to get your T-shirt before the start, so you can run in it. Registration is open until May 31. -During this period 1-31 of May, you should run, jog or walk 21 kilometers. The distance can be divided into several days if desired. -Register your race using the RaceONE app or register it manually afterwards if you have used a GPS watch or other training app for registration. Registration of your result must take place no later than May 31, 23:59. -Upload your experience in social media and tag @springforvarandra, @springförvarandra and #springförcancerfonden to participate in a raffle of great prizes from our partners. -Get your medal and T-shirt (optional) sent home, we send regularly so the earlier you register the faster you get your package.
