In Sweden, every day is represented by one or two names. It is tradition that we celebrate everyone (that we know) with those names during that specific day.
During a period of six days (19-24 july) there are only female names, so it is called "Fruntimmersveckan" - ie "Women's week".
So let us celebrate every Sara, Margareta, Greta, Johanna, Magdalena, Madeleine, Emma, Emmy, Kristina and Kerstin!
