If your Order or any part of it is not accepted by the Event Organizer we will refund to you the relevant amount of the Price.
If we were not able to deliver the service that you purchased we will make a refund. If the purchase was made through Apple then request for refund must be made to Apple.
In cases where orders have been accepted by the Event Organizer we will reflect their refund policy. If they offer refund, so do we.
