Free Challenge
The 3k & 8k distances are divided in 250m running sessions and then 10 reps of a predefined exercise
The exercises are done in the following order:
Burpees
Squats
Push ups
Mountainclimbers
Example: Run 250m, do 10 burpees, run 250k, do 10 squats, run 250m...end with 10 mountainclimbers
