The exercises are done in the following order:
Burpees
Squats
Push ups
Mountainclimbers
Example: Run 500m, do 10 burpees, run 500k, do 10 squats, run 500m...end with 10 mountainclimbers

Run 500m
do 10 burpees
run 500m
do 10 squats
run 500m
do 10 push ups
run 500m
do 10 mountain climbers
run 500
continue with the above until you reach 12k
end with 10 mountainclimbers
